A Very Merry Christmas!

My new wagon from Nana and Pops

What a wonderful Christmas this year. Christmas Eve was spent with the Altman family. Josh's brothers and their families and Nana and Pops came over to our house to celebrate. Joshua had so much fun opening presents, even ones that were not his! He loved his wagon from Nana and pops...we cannot wait until warmer weather returns for some nice walks at the park.

Christmas morning we went to celebrate Christmas with the Berry and Herrod Family. This was Joshua's first "real" Christmas, so as you can imagine he had lots and lots of presents to open. Santa, aka grandma and grandpa, got him a Little Tikes Fire Engine with sirens and everything! We could not get him out of it. He was pushed, pulled, spun, and dragged in that car without a care in the world.
Christmas Morning...What is it??!
Joshua can hardly stand it!!

His very own Fire Truck!

He had to make a stop to In N Out Burger
Joshua what did mommy tell you about texting and driving
Hey somebody come push me!!
I think there will be many more pictures with this scene!

Instead of kisses, Joshua gives head bumps

A Berry family tradition....

Berry Family 2011

After the long drive around the house, Joshua needed a nap. Driving really wears you out...especially the person pushing him around! What a time to be thankful, we hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. And we wish everyone a safe and joyous new year!

One more thing....I have to thank my cousin Tyler for taking all these pictures with his new camera!

Christmas Eve Eve!

Here are a few pictures from when we waited almost 2 hours for Santa! He wasn't sure at first, but he was actually interested in his beard so he started to show off with his little grin. What a ham.

After Santa, I took Joshua down to the NICU, where he spent this time last year. It was a feeling I can't really describe, but I was comforted knowing I wouldn't have to leave without him! We got to see some of Joshua's favorite nurses and his neonatologist which was extra special for me! Dr. Foster is a person I owe so much to, and although it feels my gratitude and sincerity can never fully repay her, seeing her smile when she saw Joshua brought me close =)  So Dr. Foster thank you if you are reading this, you are Joshua's angel. I hope to keep the tradition of visiting them every year, so he is reminded of these amazing ladies that helped him come home. It is going to be a very Merry Christmas this year and Team Altman wishes peace and joy to everyone. It really is a Wonderful Life!

Say Cheeeese

Here are some photos from Joshua's 1 year photo shoot. You would never guess that he had a fever during the shoot and he even went to the hospital the next night for a 103 temperature!! What a trooper! What a joy it has been to watch him grow. Thank you to our awesome photographer Jennifer Yarbro, we are so thankful for her capturing our wedding and Joshua's first year so beautifully!

Can you say "Moose"?
